Congratulations on all your efforts at the Mall spin relay earlier this month. We raised a total of £752.00 from bucket collections and covered around 700 miles (allegedly!) on the spin bikes, so a great job all round. We're already planning on making it an annual event so look out for us next year.

All the riders will now be tapering down their training and starting to pack (and panic)! All except for John McGee who is right now in the middle of his challenge - currently riding from John O'Groats to Bristol, he'll then continue on with us to Bordeaux and afterwards carry on to the Spanish border, a total of around 2,000 miles!

So if you're feeling at a loose end at 6.30am on Thursday 27th May, come on down to Queen's Square and give us a good send off!

Rider information pack

Hopefully we have seen you at one of our rider briefing meetings, but even if we have we thought you may need a reminder of some of the information we've given out.

So download our rider information pack now.

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF!

If you’re getting aches and pains from all that cycle training, a sports massage may be just the thing for you!

Cherie Franklin (one of our support team for the ride) is offering to donate £10 to PROPS for every treatment given to one of our riders (or support team members), between now and 7th June 2010.

She’s based at West View Clinic, West View, 35 Marsh Common Road, Pilning BS35 4JY so give her a call to discuss your treatment needs or make an appointment on 01454 633626 / 07900 925562 www.westviewclinic.co.uk

“The group of guys (and girls!) was the best thing about the event. There were no egos and everyone pulled together.”
